Information concerning the exercise of your 14-day statutory right of cancellation and the Schedule 3 Model Cancellation Form under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Use of the statutory model cancellation form below is entirely optional. Under Regulation 32 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may exercise your 14-day statutory right to cancel by making any clear statement communicating your decision.

1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-off Period)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (i.e. when your subscription is confirmed).

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email to billing@aime52.com, or through your online account billing controls). You may use the model cancellation form above, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Effects of Cancellation & Reimbursement

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, subject to any deduction for services already supplied if you requested immediate performance (see Section 3 below).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3. Immediate Performance & Proportionate Amount

When you subscribe to AIME, you request immediate access to our digital lesson planning tools, slide generation, and assessment software during the statutory 14-day cancellation period.

Under Regulation 36 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you exercise your right to cancel after requesting immediate commencement of services, you may be required to pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you communicated your cancellation, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
