EU / EEA Data Subjects — National Supervisory Authorities
Because aime Education Ltd is established in the United Kingdom, the EU GDPR "One-Stop-Shop" cross-border mechanism does not apply.
If you reside in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right under Article 77 of the EU GDPR to lodge a complaint directly with your national Data Protection Authority (Supervisory Authority) in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
You may also submit evidence, inquiries, or regulatory notices directly to our monitored compliance inbox: privacy@aime52.com or legal@aime52.com. All emails received are indexed into the same statutory complaint log.
Record Retention: In alignment with policy acceptance audit records (Spec §3.2) and UK limitation requirements, all complaint submissions, acknowledgement timestamps, and resolution determinations are securely retained for six (6) years from resolution for compliance verification.
